This page is meant to answer any questions you might have about DH Mobile Auto Detailing, or about auto detailing in general.  If you still do not find what you are looking for, feel free to contact me directly.

What is Car Detailing?

Car Detailing is the art of meticulously cleaning and restoring your car's interior and exterior.  The exterior paint can be decontaminated and waxed.  Paint correction can also be performed to remove oxidation, scratches and swirl marks.  The interior can be vacuumed, steam cleaned,

Do you have a Car Wash Service?

No, not in the traditional sense.  We will, of course, wash your car before we perform our detailing magic.  But if you are looking only for a car wash, we are not the service for you.

How much time do your services require?

This really depends.  An Exterior Detail typically takes two hours and paint correction can easily double the time.  The time estimate is the same for an Interior Detail.  An in person assessment is the only way to give an accurate time estimate on a case by case basis.

Can you detail my car at my place of work?

Typically, no.  Sometimes we can make an exception if the situation lends itself to favorable conditions.

Do you have your own Water and Electricity?

We do not carry either.  We will need a water faucet and an electrical outlet from you.  On rare occasions, we can use a generator for electricity.  We generally prefer not to use a generator due to noise, but we will use it if necessary.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Apple Pay, Venmo Pay Pal and Zelle.

Can Machine Polishers damage paint?

The short answer to the first question is, Yes.  Any machine tool has the potential to cause harm when in the hands of an inexperienced user.  But when polishing is performed by an experienced professional, you need not worry..

Choose wisely...

Sincerely,
